NOT free!

The apps supposed to be free but unless you give a 5-star review you have to pay for the packs. Even w/doing the review the pack I wanted still isnt free so I feel its a big misrepresentation of "free". Cant even see a couple pics of the pack to decide if its worth buying. Very disappointed!
